    Job Description

    As an SAP CRM Consultant, you will support transformation projects from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, focusing on the unique needs of utility companies using SAP Industry Solution Utilities (IS-U). You will work closely with a young and strong team of 5 people, contributing to the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP CRM systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customization and Configuration:

    • Customize SAP CRM systems to fit the utility sector’s needs, including service request management, contract management, and customer care.

    • Configure modules such as SAP CRM Service, Interaction Center, and Marketing to meet specific client requirements.

    Integration:

    Integrate SAP CRM with other modules like IS-U and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow.

    • Set up interfaces for efficient customer data exchange and real-time interaction management.

    Data Migration and Cleansing:

    Migrate customer data from legacy systems to the new SAP CRM solution.

    • Cleanse and validate customer data to ensure high data quality and accuracy.

    Testing:

    • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to verify system performance.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop custom reports and dashboards to analyze customer behavior, service performance, and other key metrics.

    • Implement analytical tools to forecast customer needs and optimize service delivery.

    Ongoing Optimization:

    • Regularly review system performance, recommending enhancements or upgrades as needed.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and new SAP functionalities that could benefit the utilities sector.

    Required Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP CRM consulting or development, experience in the utilities sector is a plus.

    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

    Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in one or more of the following SAP products and solutions:

    • SAP S/4HANA for Customer Management (CM)

    • SAP Customer Experience (CX) Suite (formerly SAP C/4HANA)

    • SAP Utilities Customer Engagement (SAP UCE)

    • SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integration tasks

    Experience in one of the following SAP products and solutions is a plus:

    • Experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities)

    • Familiarity with SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector

    • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a small team.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.

    • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and best practices.

    • Good command of English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
