Location: China (Remote work with the possibility of onsite work in Germany)

Team Size: You will work closely with a young and strong team of 5 people

Language: Good English skills required; German is a plus

As a Web Developer on our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing existing online solutions for our customers to ensure compliance with the EAA regulations. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team of 5 developers and designers, examining websites and apps using AI to detect non-compliance issues. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing existing websites and apps using AI tools to identify accessibility and compliance issues.
• Developing and implementing solutions to fix detected non-compliance issues.
• Optimizing user experience for various online platforms.
• Collaborating with team members to design and adapt online solutions to meet accessibility standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the latest EAA regulations in all web development projects.
• Communicating effectively with team members and project stakeholders in English.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in web development, website optimization, or user experience design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with user experience optimization and accessibility standards.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative, effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, able to work effectively in a small team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and standards as required.
• Attention to detail, especially when ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
